If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@27interior.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s) to us.
Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged or is not in its original condition.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
